So I've knitted 4 balls of wool into this scarf. Its Lincraft 'blossom' 50gms. Each ball knits 15 inches. I thought 5 balls would be enough for a full length scarf plus fringe. but not so.... Its only 52 inches long or so.Maybe i should have knitted it with 6.00mm needles instead. its very very tight knitting. Its a very serious heavy duty antarctic weather scarf.
